Terms of Exchange or Return

1- The product should be in its original condition (with all its accessories like the card and the Outer Case of the original product) without being used by the customer, N-Shop has the right to refuse replacement or return orders in case the customer uses the product.

2- The customer pay the shipping fees in case of return if the reason is : change mind

3- N-Shop will pay the shipping fees if there is any manufacturing defect in the product

4- The value of the product is refunded through the following payment methods (Vodafone cash – bank transfer) or sending a special Delivery man for paying the amount in cash upon receiving the product.

The period of exchange or return
The customer has the right to exchange or return the product within 14 days from the date of receiving the order.
