Eligibility

Items must be in original condition, unused, and include all accessories (e.g., product card, outer case/packaging).

If an item shows signs of use, N-Shop may refuse the exchange or return.
Shipping Fees

Change of mind: the customer pays the return shipping fees.

Manufacturing defect: N-Shop pays the return shipping fees.
Refund Methods
Refunds for returned items are issued via one of the following:

Bank transfer
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
